Treat oily skin correctly

Care for oily skin must be light, absorb quickly and give you the feeling of improvement.

When skin oil production calms down, the associated inflammatory stress calms down, allowing the skin to relax.

Important knowledge about oily skin.

The problems with oily skin.

Oily skin produces excessive amounts of sebum. This often leads to a shiny complexion, enlarged pores, and a tendency toward blemishes, blackheads, or pimples. Especially in the T-zone—forehead, nose, and chin—the skin quickly appears greasy, even shortly after cleansing. This often makes this person self-conscious.

The biggest problem: Many products for oily skin are too aggressive. They dehydrate the skin and irritate the sebaceous glands, which paradoxically further boosts sebum production. This causes tightness and makes the skin susceptible to infections.

Oily skin therefore does not need radical drying, but rather care that regulates, soothes and moisturizes without weighing it down or weakening the skin biome.

Why only light care?

Lightweight skincare products are especially important for oily skin because they don't add extra weight or restrict the skin's ability to breathe. Heavy creams clog pores without calming sebum production, which consequently leads to more breakouts.

A lightweight moisturizer absorbs quickly, provides just the right amount of moisture, and supports the skin's barrier without leaving a greasy feeling. This keeps skin balanced and feels fresh and comfortable.

Don't herbal ingredients make everything worse?

Plant-based active ingredients are highly effective yet gentle on the skin when carefully selected and dosed appropriately. Of course, there are skin types that are sensitive to certain plant substances, but this doesn't apply to everyone.

I consciously choose tested, high-quality ingredients that don't irritate, but rather strengthen and balance the skin. By combining different active ingredients, I can specifically address different skin needs.

Herbal active ingredients are therefore not a risk, but a valuable resource for promoting skin health in a natural way.
